Milwaukee Jr. Admirals

Welcome to the 2024 MJA Boys and Girls 14U and Younger Youth Spring Program Registration with the Milwaukee Jr. Admirals.

We are excited to announce that registration for the Milwaukee Jr. Admirals 14U & YOUNGER Spring Development Program is now open! 

To secure your spot, a $20 Non-Refundable fee is required at the time of registration. This fee is the only payment due at registration. 

Players at these levels will have the opportunity to showcase their skills during an on-ice evaluation in March. Your $20 Registration Fee covers this. Based on their performance, players selected will earn a spot on the AAA or AA. If not selected you will not be charged remaining balance.

To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available. Upon completion of registration, a charge from Milwaukee Jr. Admirals will appear on your account.

**This fee is not refundable for any reason including if you don't like the team you make.**

Please note: due to spots at each level being limited, your registration is considered your commitment to our spring program, and your registration fees are non-refundable.  

Each Player must register first with USA Hockey and then return to this Registration Session to register for the 2023 MJA Boys Youth Spring Program.

Players must have a 2023-2024 USA Hockey number, to complete this registration. If your player doesn't have one, please follow the steps below to obtain a new number.

• Step 1: CLICK HERE to go to USA Hockey Registration and register your player(s). Be sure to PRINT and SAVE their confirmation code(s). Remember to register EACH of your players with USA Hockey. Each player must have their own unique USA Hockey confirmation number.
• Step 2: Return to this registration and proceed. Later in this registration session you will need to enter the USA Hockey Confirmation Code that you received in Step 1.

If you have already registered for USA Hockey membership and have your player’s confirmation number ready, proceed to next page.
